The MES Core accelerator is the foundational Manufacturing Execution System package built on the Fuuz Industrial Operations Platform. It provides the complete module registry, platform-level data architecture, and core operational workflows that underpin discrete and process manufacturing execution. This package establishes the full organizational and functional hierarchy used across all Fuuz MES accelerators, making it the essential baseline for any manufacturing deployment.
This package contains 41 modules across 18 functional areas, 32 data flows, 92 data models, 56 screens, and 34 seed data records.

Overview
The MES Core accelerator provides the foundational infrastructure for manufacturing operations management, including:
- Platform Module Registry — The complete set of module group and module definitions that organize all Fuuz MES functionality into a structured, navigable hierarchy

Note: This is the core MES foundation package. It provides the module registry and platform infrastructure used by all other Fuuz MES accelerators. For a complete production-ready MES deployment, see

Installation
- Ensure your Fuuz platform instance is running version
>= 2025.11.3 - Navigate to Platform > Packages in your Fuuz tenant
- Import the
mes-corepackage (.fuuzfile or directory import) - Run the module registry seeding flows to populate the module group and module tables
- Configure roles and assign users per the Access Control section above
- Apply system configuration defaults appropriate for your facility
- Validate the deployment by confirming module navigation is accessible
- Configure IoT device connectivity if using machine integration features
- Set up NetSuite integration credentials if using the NetSuite connector module

A Jump Start, Not A Finished Answer
An accelerator is a pre-built, configurable starting point that addresses the bulk of the common challenges in its domain. It is not intended to solve every possible variation off the shelf — requirements that fall outside it are expected and normal for the model, not a shortcoming of this one.
Standard
Delivered and working as-is. No configuration needed.
Configurable
A base capability you adapt with the platform's own no-code and low-code tools — screen builder, transforms, workflow rules, flow parameters — without professional services.
Custom development
Feasible on the platform but outside this accelerator's current scope. A scoped change through Fuuz or a certified partner.
Once installed, it is yours
Installation forks the flows, models and screens into your environment as your own copies. Later versions published against this accelerator do not propagate to you automatically — picking up a change means deliberately re-applying it.
